Named for the founder of Billecart, this is possibly the best value vintage champers out there. My birthday's the 18th August, if you were wondering.
This is the absolute deluxe of pink champagnes. Beautifully elegant with with red berries and a hint of spice, this will really get your juices flowing....!
A champagne full of brightness and purity. Pale and gold with an energetic mousse. Complex and seductive aromas of dried fruits and brioche combined with floral notes
Billecart Salmon was founded in 1818 and remains one of the few family owned Champagne Houses. The Blanc De Blanc 1999 is very stylish, elegant and silky. The palate is light with notes of citrus and flowers with a beautifully creamy mousse.
Looking for a stunning champagne to reflect and enhance the divers flavours of everything from cocktails to cheese? Well problem solved, this is it!
Probably the best family-owned champagne house, this is right up my street. Full bodied and toasty, yet with balancing citrus flavours and apple peel. A standard celebration bottle chez-moi.
The perfect size bottle for a real celebration. Remember: always think big!
A touch sweeter than the Brut Reserve, this is a rich & creamy style of champagne. It's the perfect fizz for finishing off a meal or to accompany desserts such as fresh fruit salad.
A fabulously fresh champagne made from 100% Chardonnay. Lots of honeysuckle, green apple and pear flavours, this has all the trademark class and elegance of Billecart Salmon. Try with fish & chips, you'll be amazed.
Classy, elegant and absolutely fabulous! Delicate pink in colour with fresh summer fruits - beats Laurent-Perrier hands-down!
Two thirds pinot noir, one third chardonnay. An exciting full bodied champagne, that remains vibrant. Note that it also Premier Cru

Fresh, citrussy style of Grower Champagne at a fantastic price.
Jacquesson is a Grower Champagne producer making some extremely high quality wines. This is their current non-vintage, No 735. There is very little dosage added so this wine is pretty dry and deliciously rich. A must try.
Does this Champagne need any introduction? Well if it does... it's exactly my style of wine. Generous and rich with a toastiness on the finish, this is the most illustrious non-vintage Champagne you can buy. Unforgettable.
The perfect aperitif champagne. Medium to full bodied, with vibrant red berry fruit with notes of shortbread and brioche but remains incredibly soft
Although it looks a bit like Irn Bru in this picture, this champagne is actually very elegant! Mostly from Grand Cru vineyards with only a small proportion of premier cru fruit. Very good value (if such a thing exists in Champagne!)
Named after the monk who 'discovered' the Champagne method, this is a legend in its own lifetime - the essence of elegance and class.
Mainly Pinot Meunier, this is a delicate, fine and fruity champagne with bags of fresh citrus flavours and touches of brioche
