An interesting and serious Spanish combination of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Macabeo. Highest quality grapes only, manual harvesting and new oak. Lemony and toasty with delicate floral and anise notes. Great length and pure class!

If you like Albarino then this should be your next port of call. Made near to Rias Baixas in Valdeorras, the Godello grape produces lighter and softer wines that Albarino, full of pear and apples.

This must be the ultimate expression of Albarino. Almost Riesling-esque acidity, crips citrus fruits, fantastic minerality and just a tantalising hint of nutiness. I'll be drinking this all summer!

I challenge you to find a wine with more x's in it! Pronounced 'chow-mein et-chan-ith', this 'chacoli' is perfect for just that - a whacky, fresh wine from North West Spain, with a touch of spritz, this is brilliant with chinese food.

3 months oak ageing gives this white Rioja a real coconut tinge - this works nicely, as you'd imagine, with the tropical fruits, so break out your grass skirt and have a desert island party!
