Intriguing blend of Chenin Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. You can taste all the varieties at work - the wine is almost constructed in front of your taste buds - which isn't to say that this isn't a beautifully balanced, integrated wine. For £9.99, there's a whole lot going on!

One of the stars of our Summer Fair 07, this dry wine has an amazing stewed plum nose and a creamy, honeyed palates with hints of almond and a complexity added to by the use af small amounts of botrytised grapes.

Intriguing and unique, this is full of delicious garden pea and green bean aromas and flavours, created by the subtlest application of oak ageing to the Sauvignon Blanc grape.

Concentrated with real depth of flavour is a herby, full textured wine with a real fab complexity. Tres Bon.
