This is our 'House' wine - a brilliant blend of Southern French varieties which is easy to drink and will keep your party giong until late in the night

Suddenly, Southern French whites are all the rage again, with white Chateauneuf du Pape leading the way and Languedoc following close behind. This perfect expression of Marsanne has strong floral pear aromas and a smooth, round palate with acacia and honey on the smooth, rounded palate.

This is one of the more refined Chardonnay wines that Jean-Claude produces. It is 100% barrel fermented and aged using second and third fill barrels to impart a lighter more creamy flavour on the wine. On the nose you'll notice delicate acacia blossom aromas combined with light vanilla, and on the palate there are flavours of dried fruit, toasted brioche and baked citrus fruit.

This is a great fruity wine which shows juicy melon and ripe citrus fruit flavours, with a herbaceous quality not usually found in wines of this price. It has been aged for 4 months on its lees which helps to contribute more depth to the wine, whilst ageing in stainless steel keeps it brilliantly fresh.

Jean-Claude's Viognier is a very elegant wine, showing beautiful floral aromas on the nose and fresh apricot, white peach, pear and honey flavours on the palate, which has a silky texture in the mouth. It also has a little oak aging which gives the wine more depth of flavour without masking the pure fruit, and makes it more suitable for enjoying with a meal; lobster is a great match!
