Extreme climate Chilean Sauvignon, fermented in tiny stainless steel vats, giving an immense concentration of flavour. This is truly is immense - even bigger than most Kiwi Sauvs - and bursting with green fruit, elderflower, citrus and aniseed flavours. This is a wine that all Chilean winemakers should aspire to.

The elevated, cool and coastal Miramar vineyard is almost as steep as the banks of the Rhine where the world's greatest Riesling is grown and is perfect for the grape. Full yet zippy, this has a steely, petrolly nose but plenty of fruit on the palate and a floral, almost sherbet finish.

Do you miss those big-boned Aussie Chards of old? Well this is definitely one for you then. The blend changes every year, depending upon which grapes perform best. Creamy and full bodied, but not overly woody.

This is a real class number. Elegance personified and with oatmeal notes usually associated with much pricier Burgundy. A great seduction tool too....
