This wonderfully sleek bottle contains an equally sexy wine! A dry Gewurztraminer (not a sexy name though), this has aromas of honeysuckle and sweet fruits. The acidity and hint of spice on the palate makes it ideal to counter spicy foods - experiments should ascertain what goes best.

Andrew Pirie's wines are from places ideally suited to making sparkling wine, so it comes as no surprise that this should be fresh and with good acidity too. Well developed for a Sauvignon, this is minerally and would go well with seafood.
