Single vintage, single cask madeira made using the 'canteiro' system which heats and cools the wines using the natural temperatures on the island, rather than through use of a heating coil. This avoids the 'cooked' flavours and produces a complex and rich yet dry wine which develops fascinating cured meat characteristics.
A bloomin brilliant example of Madeira. Medium sweet with spice, vanilla and caramel notes. Beautifully textured - a must try!
This is pure heaven in a glass - every single person I've shown it to has loved it! The spanish voted it the second best wine in Spain (only losing out to Vega Sicilia!) Elegant and luxurious with flavours of figs, tobacco, liquorice and so much more!
Fantastic oloroso from one of Jerez' top Bodegas. Nutty, creamy and rich but naturally dry, this is complex and savoury.
