Tasting Note
Pure, classical gunsmoke nose with a vibrant palate of gooseberry and elderflower fruit overlayed with mineral and flint notes, nettles and spice. A searing and still slightly tight acidity freshens the clementine and lime palate and lends a hint of sherbet.
Cellaring
High acidity and fruit complexity shows that this will age beauticully for 2-3 years, developping those green pepper and asparagus notes so well-known in old sauvignon.
