Pinot Blanc is a much under-rated grape, which really is at its best in Alsace. This version is savoury, with greengage and herbs - touches of lemon thyme, even. A great change of scenery

This one's a grower. At first glance it can seem a little reluctant, but with a second sip it becomes more generou with lemon, tropical fruit and that honeyed characteristic typical to Alsatian Pinot Gris

Alsace's best kept secret, Sylvaner is related to Riesling, but tends to be drier and leaner. This has a lees character making it almost Chablis-esque. An obscure but brilliant wine to impress your wine geek friends with!
